Do I have everything I need for an airsoft game?
Im planning on going to play airsoft at my local field next week and I wanted to know if I have everything I need. Of the basics, I have my gun (of course), which is an AEG, 6 magazines (each is 200 rounds), a belt, pouches for the mags, a pistol, a pistol holster, a sling and an extra 1,000 BBs. Its my first time so I thought I'd ask some people with experience first.
You should get some camo. Look into some BDUs or ACUs (like the camo the military wears). You can find them at most sports stores like Dunhams, or online at airsplat.com or airsoftmegastore.com. Also, make sure you have safety goggles (ha, common sense). It seems like you have enough ammo. You don't need them, but I prefer to have tactical gloves, I like fingerless gloves (they breathe more, you can actually feel your gun and stuff, and they're more flexible than regular gloves). Also, another unnecessary added touch, I'd have some kind of head cover. I like balaclavas or boonies. Some people don't like face/head covers or they like paintball/airsoft masks. You should try to get some combat boots (like the military uses), they're lightweight, easy to run in, and they're great in extreme conditions. Try to keep as light-weight as possible so you can manuver easily. Keep up on stealth and tactics before you go to war.
