How do you do the "Qi"?
I saw a video clip in youtube about a 7th degree black belt karate sensei who was able to use it. He applied it on his students and the students felt like they were stunned by a stun gun. The sensei wasn't even touching his student when he applied the "Qi".
Qi refers to inner energy. I hear it takes lots of training to develop this technique but you can use it to strike with more force. Or as the Shaolin monks use it to lay on swords and stuff. I hope this answers your question.
