How well does a cross breed supertuck conceal a Glock 19 pistol?
I am on week 3 of waiting fir my crossbreed. At the moment I am using a uncle mikes iwb holster which majorly sucks for me, and prints like crazy if I don't wear in layers. If I Mexican carry it conceals a lot better but can't have a round in the chamber and it's dangerous etc. I used to own a black hawk leather holster, but the belt loop part was too bug for my belt and the loop part printed like crazy so I returned it.
So how well does a crossbreed supertuck holster conceal a pistol compared to uncle mikes and mostly Mexican carry.
All the Mexicans I know use holsters.
I own the Galco copy of the Crossbreed. It doesn't stop printing any more than any other IWB. Its advantage over my IWB holsters is comfort. It spreads out the pressure against the person wearing the gun, not against the concealing garments.
This type of holster has a more critical draw angle. Many types of IWB holsters will move during the draw, which helps compensate for a sloppy fast draw angle. The Supertuck style of holsters hold the pistol's angle much more rigidly, and you will have to practice and slow your draw accordingly.
