Has anyone ever seen active camouflage using regular mirrors?
This was something I saw demonstrated on Discovery Channel a few years back. It was a full body suit covered in tiny mirrors almost like sequins, for the purpose of reflecting the environment. It was a primitive non-electronic form of active camo that worked the same way the hunting blind in the link does.

It was very effective, except when the wearer was moving, and in those cases it looked very much like the cloaking technology in the Predator movies. I'm trying to find pictures or videos of the suit, but I can't find any mention of it anywhere. Does anyone remember this or know what I'm talking about?
I saw it.Since it works both ways, it wouldn't work. If it was around a tank, one couldn't see through the barrier. Since most modern weapons see things using thermal technology, visual mirrors would not protect anything.
