Clamp Barrel Mount
SKS Barrel Clamp Tri Rail tactical mount?

This is a tactical rail mount that fits in between the gas tube and the barrel google for pics

ok im looking for opinions from people who have one of these or have seen it work

i have a norinco sks and id like to get this rail for it for a flashlight/laser but the barrel and gas tube look too close together for this to fit in between

i see pictures of this on another sks on a website so im wondering if some modification will be needed opinions please

also dont leave a comment griping me out for changing the stock no one cares what you think

Personally, I'd never clamp anything on to the barrel, it would change point of bullet impact.

Barrels vibrate when you fire, clamping anything on to the barrel will change the harmonics of the barrel vibration, and i don't know if you'd be able to regulate the sights to the new pattern, I'm not even sure if the harmonics would even be consistent after clamping on additional hardware.
