What was this tv show called?
The show was on a really long time ago like 8 years ago and It could still be out I'm not sure.I believe it had Pamela Anderson in it and some black guy starred in it but I'm not completely sure if either one of those statements are true.the only thing I know for sure if in the middle of all the scenes a crosshair would come up over the screen like you were looking throught the scope of a sniper rifle and it would zoom in on another part of town to go to the next scene? Thanks for any help.
