Day Night Binoculars
SHOULD I CALL 911?! EMERGENCY COME QUICK!?

I think I heard something outside my house so I looked out and I saw a person walking about 300 feet down the street in black clothes and a white hat. Our street is in the shape of a bracket. He looked like a robber wearing all black and a white hat and I thought I saw him look at me with shifting eyes when I was standing at my window with my binoculars. I was kind of hidden behind my curtains but I'm afraid he might have saw me. Now I'm afraid he might come to my house or something because he saw me see him. I've never seen him before and my neighbourhood only has about 800 people in it. And I know I've never seen him before because I video tape usually through the day what goes on outside and then review it later that night, but today I didn't have my video tape on and he might have known that..so should I call 911? Or the fire department? WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!

Don't jump to such conclusions. Watch the man more thoroughly (and better hiding place) and see his actions. if he does anything rational, dial 911. I would have the phone next to you at all times.
