Has anyone heard of a grant to help homeowners buy double glazing?
A friend told me they had heard of a government grant that may be available to help homeowners double glaze their homes. Something similar to the warm-front grant I believe. I do not claim benefits (apart from child tax allowance) but also cannot afford double glazing. Sometimes think I would be better off financially not working...but that's another story. Any information most appreciated, thank you.
phone your local council and ask for their home improvement grant office and see what is on offer.They do help with certain things and have so much money per year to allocate to people.
