Vista recovery problem?
I have been trying to restore my computer to the original factory settings by recovering from the partition of my hard disk using PC Angel. However, it seems to get to a stage where Vista has been installed and boots up but then just hangs at a white screen with the Microsoft Vista logo and a box with a computer icon and a magnifying glass as if it is searching for a file. I have let this run for over 12 hours and it doesn't seem to be responding. It is also impossible to get to the Vista desktop even though I know it is running in the background. Any suggestions how to fix this?
Why are you using PC Angel???
Use the Recovery disks that came with your PC. RTFM.
