how do i make a deer feeder so the turkeys cant eat all of our corn.?
ok we go out and spend like $200 a year on corn.. we get it out dump it out on the ground and at least 30 to 40 turkeys come out at a time. our corn lasts about 2 weeks because of the turkeys. if you could give me some tips on how to make a deer feeder so only the deer can get to the corn and eat it. thanks!!
we use corn for deer season.
This is what we do at the ranch...
So that the deer know where to go we have a deer feeder go off 2 times a day. And they deer know when to come around.
BUt if you don't have a deer feeder on your own you could try some barbed wire fence or some kind of fencing to keep them out and put it up to 4 or 5 feet high. The deer can jump it. Just make it big enough for the deet to get in and out as they please.
