how do i get my babys swing to work?
i have the graco lovin hug swing

my husband put it together exactly how the instructions say and weve both read the manual front to back and it still doesnt work. any ideas?
i called the customer service but they close at 5
yes batteries are in, it even came with a plug for the wall that doesnt work either. it doesnt even sound like its trying to swing like no clicking noise...
have u put in batteries? if theyre there already have you removed the plastic?
is there a possibility the swing may be on backwards. as in undo the swing and turn it in the opposite way and redo, sometimes the swing mechanism is set to work only 1 way so if uv it on wrong it wont swing.

when u turn on the swing button does it click like its trying to move or is it not going at all?
EDIT okydoke, Id say the swing itself is on backwards, does that sound possible (as in the arms of the swing)? in order for it to swing it needs to grip onto the mechanism, if its not even trying to click, its not on right. did u check out the manual online?
you might have to resign urself to the fact that its a faulty one...
