IAF and ARVN, same situation all over?
In the Vietnam war there was an attempt to push ARVN to the front of the battle in a process called Vietnamization. They used American military advisors to train these guys, outfitted them with guns and tanks; but when the NVA came down they folded in 3 weeks.
Now, in Iraq, we're trying to "stand down as the Iraqis stand up". Using military advisors to train Iraqi troops, giving them weapons and Humvees. Reports state that the IAF troops only show up about half the time or sometimes not at all.
Are we seeing ghost of the past here?
Its heading in the same direction......Our Country's Liberal Leaders at work. Iraqiazation will fall the same way.. another way to Surrender...It can work when the time is right. That time is yet to come
