how should i change up my airsoft gear?
I have had this rig for quite a while now, and i want some change. my rig is a tan molle vest and over my heart, there is an od id pouch. to the right of that, there is a shotgun shell holster (od) directly below that there is a dump pouch for the shells and another of the same pouch is on the front of my left hip on a belt for random uses, and i have a shotgun scabbard (holster) on my right shoulder blade and in the scabbard, i have a pistol grip shotgun as a secondary, and i have an upgraded G&G UMG (i play outdoors alot) on a sling as a primary with dual high cap mags. so the question is.... what should i do to improve this rig? should i get something else? get rid of something? change it around? plz respond!
Some problems i have with it, is that the sling digs into my neck, and it also catches on my stuff.
i was thinking about getting a pistol but its a little expensive and the shotgun is multishot so i think its evens out.
I use BDU's and a leg holster. I also have a UTG Tac Belt and some elbow pads. I'm a sniper so I got some camo sheet at walmart and I'm making a camo suit out of it. I wouldn't us a tac vest because I lay on my stomach a lot as a sniper. You should keep your vest, but don't carry as much. It's best to stay as light-weight as possible. It's best to wear combat boots (like the military uses) because they're easier to run in than regular boots and they're durable through tough conditions. Look into some ACU's or BDU's. Also, look into some camo for your head or some cover for it. I like balaclavas and boonies. Pistols are great to carry for back up or for quick CQB. I'd definitely have a pistol (I have a spring Sig P226 and it rocks). You can find good stuff at sports stores like Dunhams or military surplus stores. Also check out these places.
