which pellet gun should i get?
im looking to get a new pellet gun but i cant decide on which one to get. is between
the remington summet, http://www.airgundepot.com/remington-summitcombo.html
the Benjamin Trail NP XL1500 Air Rifle http://www.airgundepot.com/benjamin-trail-xl1500-air-rifle.html
and the Tech Force 99 Premier with 3-12x44 Scope, Mounts and Gun Case - .177 Caliber http://www.airgundepot.com/tech-force-99-premier-with-3-12x44-scope-mounts-and-gun-case-177-caliber.html
Ignore the prices on all of them. and now what do you think of them? all have such great scopes! are any of them bad? or beginner-ish or lame? i would use it about everyday with target practice, id use it to hunt small animals and birds on my property, and to hunt in other places like in the country. i would like it to be weather-proof, not rust, and not to break on me!(: thank you for the help!!
the Benjamin is accurate, and has a great scope, it is easily one of the best value in air guns out there, and is the most powerful of the choices you gave us
no gun is truly weather proof, rust proof, and wont break, you must just take good care of it
only thing though.....the benjamin is hard to cock, so is not a plinker or a paper puncher by any means
it is very good for hunting though
but i suggest you look into the xl 1100 version, this is why

thank J kirsch for that article
basically, for airguns producing over 20ft-lbs energy, go .22 caliber
Source(s):
i have the XL 1100 version, and ive taken 4 squirrels in the past four days, one a 7feet, one at 20yards, one at 25yds, and one at 30yds
