Can i Buy a gun or rifle/shotgun to keep at home??
i am a 18 permanent resident who lived in PA for the past 6 years i have never comited any crime or have any mental issues and being here for 8 years and am a 100% legal in this country and next year i will be going to take the test for my citezenship
The law in Pennsylvania is vague, however the law reads that the minimum age to possess a firearm in PA is 18, anyone younger must be accompanied by an adult, but you would do well to check with the local police before purchasing one or call a gun dealer and they will be able to give you the info for your particular case.~
