How can I get an investigation going on a friends apparent suicide but, I think it was murder?
My friend was found dead a month ago in his barn with a gun shot wound to his side. He had been going threw some tough times and talked about committing suicide but, alot of strange coincidences also occured at the same time. Like he was being threatened for the past 2 months by his former stepson and he's at his house clear from Georgia to Ohio the day he's found dead. And demanding the combination to my friend's safe. There are other things too but, I won't go into all that. Police think it's suicide but, I don't. The police never even investigated to make sure it was a suicide and not murder and I find that very odd.
1st thing i would do is give that info in writing to the police or write a statement about it. if the locals don't want to do it go to the county police or sheriff and the da's office and file a complaint. if all else fail call the state police or fbi.
