Is there a way to cut a hack saw blade into half?
For our project, actually. We need to use blades with teeth, and the hack saw blade was the first thing that came into my mind. The problem is, we only need short blades, and that would be half of the hack saw blade. If there could be a way to cut it into half, maybe our project will turn out better than using longer blades...
If it is impossible, is there any other short, serrated blades you can suggest to me that I can use instead of hack saw?
Oh! and can you also suggest serrated blades that can cut through P.E.T. bottles easily?
Could you use the blades from jigsaws/electric saws? They can be a lot shorter then a hacksaw. For example;
