How to remove screw that keeps spinning?
I have an JG AUG Airsoft gun but im left handed and need the sling swivel on the right of the body not the left.So i rip of the back plate and I can get to the holes and current swivels easily.
When I turn the swivel normally itjust spins and spins (im guessing thats what it should do and isnt broke), and internally there is a kind of 'split-washer' attached to the thread coming through the bodywork.
So im just wondering if there is any way of getting it off and switching it over to the other side. (There is a stopper kind sling mount on the right side and the thread on that looks exatcly the same, so i just needto switch them both over)

You can pop those locking washers off with a small screwdriver - note the two slots on the back side of them.
Getting them off is annoying but it's REALLY annoying putting them pack on again (I feel your pain - I'm also a leftie AUG user!)
