Toes always cold, nothing warms them up (not Raynaud's)?
25-year-old male, no history of cold toes/fingers/etc. However...
For the past week my toes have been really cold no matter how many pairs of socks I wear. Yes, hot water heats them up, but they become cold again 30-60 minutes later.
There's no discoloration and it isn't a cold attack (it's constant), so it's not Raynaud's.
What else could it be? The only other thing I can think of would be that it's a sign of diabetes, but I have a hard time believing that because I show no other symptoms and I live/eat relatively healthy.
I do also have some sort of right knee injury, so if this was only happening on my right foot I might understand; however, it's happening to the toes on both feet.
Any ideas? I'm stuck and this is a rather annoying (and somewhat scary) problem.
Thank you.
(Yes, I will see a doctor, but not for another eight days).
Sometimes people have poor circulation due to body structure and genetics.
