Well it would be better if you just gave the brand and model of each. For the most part these are very similar from what I can tell from what you gave. So it really comes down to your personal preference about the looks of the gun.
But I would say that there is a lot more you can do with a Scar externally, since it does have rails, and the AK normally doesn't. So if you do plan on attaching stuff to your gun I would pick the Scar.
