Why do some rifles have more than one optical sight?
For instance i have seen an ar15 with what looks like a holographic sight placed infront of a thermal scope or something, so that the shooter is aiming down two sights.
Why is this?
Mall ninjas will give all kinds of 'reasons' for it, but basically ar's are easily customized and you can strap all kinds of garbage to it and people think it makes it more tacticool.
