Do you think my life could get any worse?
I'm 30 yrs old I've just moved to L.A. and I have been job hunting a lot. I've been looking for work in Vermont the last state that I lived in also. I have been very depressed for the last few months between not finding any work, not having any friends here, and I'm afraid I'll never meet the right girl after I finally or hopefully get a job. I feel lowest of the low right now it sucks not being able to go out and meet people on the weekend at night clubs since I'm so broke Do you think that my life could get any worse?
My family lives 3000 miles away from me, and I've been handing out resume after resume out here.
I can't even express to you how much worse it could be. Even though your family is far away, it means they're only a phone call away. They could be dead and gone forever. I realize you haven't gotten a job yet, but that's for a reason. Fate's just determining that those jobs aren't right for you. Don't give up. You'll only get better with time. You'll meet a girl when you least expect it
