Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, Pere David Deer, which is considered the best trophy?

I happened to stumble on this website:

And I suddenly found out, that in Texas, they have exotic deer hunts that are hassle free. You show up, pay a little under two grand, and you can hunt your deer. I can do that and a plane ticket after I get my tax refund.

And, you can hunt a deer that is not native to the United States. I am unfamiliar with Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, or Pere David Deer. Has anyone hunted any of these? Which is the biggest?

The biggest would be the Pere David deer at around 300-400 lbs. But research shows it to be extinct in the wild. I just can't picture it being legal to hunt even as a captive deer. The Axis and the fallow deer both get to be about 200 lbs.I know nothing of the trophy potential of either.
