Any thoughts on Ruger LCP for 380?
I am looking for a subcompact gun with weight unloaded less than 11 ozs to be easily concealed and carried at all times. It seems like 9mm (Luger) is out of the question for that weight. 380 is the next lower caliber. Ruger LCP chrome version is my top option so far. I have heard that the blued version rusts from perspiration
I also considered Taurus 738, it has a stainless version, but I heard it is less reliable (firing wise).
The pocket holsters are easy to select, but I am not decided about ankle holster, any suggestions?
How hard is that 11oz cap?????? You can get a 9 mm Kel tec pf-9 for 12.7oz & a Kahr PM9 for 14 oz.
Even S&W's Bodyguard 380 will give you a built in laser for 12 oz. I just bought a Pf-9 and it will do anything the LCP can with 9 mm power from the same sized gun. If lite 380's is what you want. The http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/pistols/p-3at/ is 8oz. That is as lite as it gets.
