I found this Surefire 6p LED in Goodwill to day,it only cost 99 cents, the button on the back dose not move when I push it, and the Lite bulb looks iffy...
Can I send back a Surefire 6p LED to get fixed if I found it in a thrift Store?

The surefire is covered under their lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship.
