Quick Release Weaver Rings?

Which would you choose regardless of money?

Now, I'm not quite sure which height I'm supposed to be looking for because I haven't really decided on the scope (see scope question). I just want to know which product has the best quality, etc. I know there are a ton more options out there. If you know of any that you'd suggest, please do so.
I would choose the one that is easiest to use but offers excellent stability and is convenient to attach. I have done my own scope mounting and have used the leupold Quick Release, but I have never had any reason to quick-release it.
