Can you make a 10 gauge load with a...?
I wanted to make exotic loads with a large hollow point slug, with 000 pellets behind it, +small bird shot bb's behind that with razor sharp blades, and an additional deposit of pepper behind it all to make wound even worse. Is it even possible? What would the would look like after a few shots from it? (at point blank) If this load is possible, I would use it for home defence.
Yes you can use all of those. However the pepper would be inert from age unless you reload every two weeks or so. What you are proposing is normally called buck and ball. Check this pistol out.
