I have Al Ries Tru-Dux factory duck decoys (mallard). They are in very good condition.?
They are from the region of Northwestern Indiana and ~ 60 to 70 years old.
I've seen some specific duck decoys on Antique Roadshow that went for hundreds of dollars each and I can't swear that was the name associated with the deeks, but it might be Al Ries. The decoys were considered collector folk art and not restored or repainted. Even with the machine carved ducks they were hand painted. Some of them were hand carved because of the intricacies. Do a little more research before you decide to sell them.
