Which Alto saxophone is the best of these?
-Selmer Paris Super Action 80 Series II
-Selmer Paris Series III
-Selmer Paris Reference
I know the Mark VI is like GODLY compared to these. But i'd like some good hard opinions on these horns and why.

There's no clear "best". It really depends on personal preference, but what most people choose is the Reference (possibly because they say it was based on Mark VI's).
There are price differences. The Reference runs the highest (~5200) with the III $500 behind it, and the II about $500 behind the III.
However, the II is probably more popular than the III. Though the III supposedly has improved ergonomics, it has a bright sound that many players don't prefer. The References tried fixing up these brightness issues, but ran into low register problems (no saxophone is perfect =p)
In conclusion, they all have their strengths and weaknesses, and you have to weigh them out when deciding. The best way is definitely to get out and try them if you're trying to decide which one to buy.
P.S. The Mark VI isn't necessarily godly compared to these. Some Mark VI's, especially 5-digit serial #s, were fantastic (good quality metal), but the modern ones are pretty dang close.
