What should I get if I'm getting a motorcycle?
I'm looking into getting a Kawasaki Ninja 250 as my first motorcycle. I was wondering what else I should invest in (I'm looking at safety first)
it would be helpful if you could suggest actual brands, products and stores.
some concerns I have:
safety (#1)
communication
luggage
some things I'm getting soon
Revision Bullet Ant Goggles (Rx)...will still need a helmet
3-day Assault Pack (huge load-bearing backpack with MOLLE)
Use:
daily driving to and from class
driving home (4 hours) during breaks
woops sorry, I leave in the USA
I don't plan to do the whole trip in 4 hours, I'll prolly stop every hour and relax/nap for a bit
Safety - Helmet, of course. Look for some pants and jacket with padding or armor in them, gloves and eye protection
Communication - Make sure your gloves have individual fingers. The only communication you will need is your middle finger to display to all the idiots who don't see you.
Luggage - about the only luggage you can put on that bike is a small tank bag. You can probably wear a back pack if you want.
Are you sure you want to do a 4 hour ride on a 250 Ninja? Why not just ride your skateboard?
The only other safety item I can suggest is a certified rider safety class.
