My Samsung lens cover to my camera is being, odd?
Well, a few days ago I was in the woods with my best friend and her brothers and it was getting dark so we were finding our way out. I didn't realize that there was a drop off when I was running down a hill and fell. My camera was in my front pocket of my jeans. Now the lens cover is messed up! Her camera does this too for some odd reason, but her camera has done this long before mine has.
Like the lens cover to my Samsung digital camera will open but not fully, here is a picture of what I am talking about.

It will open fully if I gently touch the cover with my finger, and when I turn the camera off it shuts perfectly fine. It just happens when I turn my camera on!
I would like to know if there is any possible way to fix this, without spending money? If possible.
Sorry, the answer is no.
Please understand that point and shoot cameras are not forever. To keep costs low the camera makers cut corners as much as possible especially for the consumer models. That means that they can also be damaged easily if you're not careful.
What's happened it seems is that your lens mechanism has been knocked slightly out of alignment enough to prevent the cover from opening fully. It can be fixed but it would cost as much as a new camera to get it fixed so it's not worth doing that.
I would also say don't blame yourself. I had a P&S camera too that developed that problem and I didn't drop it or fall no it. In my case it simply started to wear out. The same could have happened to you had you not fallen.
Be gentle to the camera and continue as you are for as long as it survives but perhaps you might want to also consider a new one for Christmas.
I hope that helps a little. Sorry for the bad news though.
