Is the Fobus Paddle Holster for Walther P22 Pistol worth buying? ?
Bought the Walther P22 Pistol. Can any actual user of the Paddle Holster made by Fobus tell me if its worth buying. Reviews from the Net suggest that its a mess. Drawing the Pistol is difficult and most users have lost their front sights while pulling it out. Any comments? Thanks in advance. Regards.
I've bought one fobus holster in my life, and I learned my lesson. They're cheap for a reason. HighNoonHolsters.com has me for life. I have 5 of their rigs, for different guns, and I'll likely never take my business anywhere else. Prices are in the $30 to $50 range for their simpler designs, and you can go much higher for a fancier product if you wish. Their paddle holsters are considerably higher, but they have a large array of designs that should do what you're looking for.
I've also heard great things about DeSantis and Galco, but their prices have prevented me from purchasing them.
I don't care for paddle holsters. I used to carry IWB, and have since switched to OWB, both of which connect to my belt and stay in place. Paddles just don't do it for me.
