what happends if you get caught with an knife?
i'm 18 years old and i just bought an 50 dollar smith and wesson knife its a little 1 centimeter bigger then 4 inch its the size of my palm and its called smith and wesson special tactical knives is it illegal to carry it? around the street in my pocket or my belt buckle and i live in california los agneles
Many cities have ordinances about the size of a knife a person can carry. If you keep it in your pocket, the police are unlikely to know about it. Even if the find it on you, the usual response is to take the knife away, not to arrest you.
