How do you properly sight in a reflex sight and a red dot scope?
I'm familiar with scopes and "cross hairs," but do reflex and red dot scopes sight in with the dot or reflex held in the center? I read the instructions, but they were more interested in firearm safety. Thanks for everyone's assistance.
Basically the same way you sight in a regular scope. Bench/sandbag the gun, see where it shoots, more the dot over to where the bullets land. Red dots and reflexes are designed for under 50 yards or so, so it's a bit less trouble than a regular scope.
