Why do people hate pitbulls so much?
i have had pitbulls for all my life im seventeen now and if it was not for my dog mya i would be dead, a guy came in to my house wen i was 6 years old he had a knife and came in through a window my dog mya was in my moms room wen he grabbed me she jumped on him and got stabbed 4 times in the chest she was a rescue. she didnt let him up no matter how many times he tried to get her off she never hurt him she held him there untill police arrived, ya she bit his arm and he was pretty scratched up but she got right off wen the police came turns ou that person raped and killed 20 people i would be dead if she was not there so why do people judge them?

I don't HATE pit bulls, I just get tired of having them crammed down my throat by people like you that insist that they are all huggable wuvable widdle snuggle bunny super heroes that do no wrong.
This is a breed that has been bred for centuries to fight and kill other animals, and personally, I don't fid that to be a attractive trait in a dog. I am a multi-dog house and I for damned sure don't want to take the risk of having an aggressive dog. I don't care WHAT other people have as long as they keep them away from MY dogs.
I have known a lot of dogs that fall under the 'pit' catagory... some perfectly nice dogs, some that would as soon rip another dog to shreds as not. Not ONE of them would I consider letting run loose with my dogs.
You need to take off your rose colored glasses dearie and see both sides of your beloved breed.
