how could i get a ww2 german kar 98 mauser rebuilt?
i have a ww2 stalk of a kar 98 rifle and i want to restore it. so far i only have that and the cleaning kit, i want to know a not very expensive way to do that.
Im in the process of Sporterizing a 98 myself right now!! If you're trying to restore it back to original, I'd say the best thing to do is to get your hands on a magazine called The Shotgun News ( usually Barnes and Noble has them) and have a look at the parts ads...there's usually a TON of stuff/restoration parts available in varying condition.
