.22lr caliber snap caps?
I recently got a high-end .22lr match rifle, and it's a lot heavier than I'm used to so I wanted to practice my positions and aiming at home. It's a pretty expensive rifle so I do not want to dry-fire and am hesitant to use empty shells, but I cannot find any metal .22lr snap caps. They only ones I can find are the cheap plastic ones and dummy rounds that say "Not for use in dry-firing". Does anyone know of a website that has METAL .22lr snap caps.
I have some .22/.17 caliber plastic snap caps. They are made for dry firing. They are made by Traditions Performance Firearms. They cost about $5 for 12. I haven't seen metal ones like the A-Zooms but the plastic ones do work.
