BSA Tactical Mil-Dot scope?
i was looking in a midway usa paper and saw that scope in a 6-24, 44mm SF for 150 bucks and was wondering if it is a good deal? im a firm believe in medium to high end leupolds but thats back when they were cheap and i could aford them but anyways is it a good scope?
and then a question on the finger adjustments that tactical scopes have. say i put it on a hunting rifle and put my hunting rifle in a case, do i have to worry about the case rubbing and readjusting the scope or can i tighten them so they dont turn untill loosened up?
oh and its on sale it was $250
caliber at this point is unknown but im considering just getting one to have and put on a gun that i may purchase in the next year or so. or ill put it on my .308
I own a very similar BSA scope. It's very accurate and has no problem holding zero, but the lens quality is crap. Everything has a slight blur to it, and if the light is just right, you can see that there's dust all over the INSIDE of the lenses. The difference between my Nikon and BSA is like night and day. Save up a little more money and buy something you won't be disappointed in.
