They would not be good. There is a relationship between the first number (magnifcation) and the 2nd number (objective lense size). It should be about 1 to 4 maximum. When smaller than that the image is not sufficiently bright nor sufficiently large at the eyepiece end. You might find a pair of 20x80 binoculars offered. These are used almost exclusively for viewing stars and comets. They must be tripod mounted because of the extreme magnification. For hand held binoculars 10 power is the maximum that one can expect to hold reasonably steady and many people can not hold more than 8 power steady enough.
