will this scope mount work for a crosman phantom?
i bought a winchester 3-9x32 scope on pyramydair for my crosman phantom and it says it works for 11mm dovetails but is it the right shape to attach properly or will i have to buy new rings.

It will work. Basically there is 3/8" or 11mm which is the same style and the adjustment range allows it to clamp on. Then there is Weaver style which fits into notches, which is non-interchangable with a dovetail mount.
These rings look to be pretty cheap, one screw vs. two to mount to the rail. Two (one per side) to mount to the scope vs. four (two per side). Personally I'd get better rings even though these will work. They will not hold as well and will probably not hold as straight.
These would make a nice upgrade...
