How can a 15 year old boy get a six pack?
I was chubby before, but know i do 200 crunches, 3 sets of 15 jack knifes and 50 knuckle push ups 3 days a week. I then do weights such as bench presses at 150lbs, shoulder presses etc. I also do an intense punching bag session before the weights. I am also a kyo kushin kai kan karate practitioner. I do this for 2 days.Why cant i get my abs.
you can be healthy as a horse, and still not show abs. get your bodyfat percentage down in the single digits. count your calories, eat lean and safe foods 4-6 times a day? Everything comes in to play. Not everyone can have abercrombie model abs.
