What body shape am I?And how do I lose this belly pouch?
Ok, I have semi broad shoulders, a small waist, wide hips adn a big butt. I also have medium breast. I have searched the internet adn cannot find my shape. what body shape am I. Also, after having my first daughter I went back to my normal size. Than five years later I had to have surgery from a car accident. they cut me like a c-section. The cut is very low. I was still back to my normal size after that. Then I had another baby. I have this pouch and my stomach ticks out more than it used to. I have been working out and I have lost 15 lbs. the pouch is still there. I understand that it amy never go away but I know that my stomach can be flatter as it was after my surgery. Please help me find my body shape and lose this belly fat! I have to buy jeans that are one size bigger to cover my but and fit my hips but they are too big in the waist!

Body shape...you describe wide top, narrow waist, wide bottom would make you somewhat of an hourglass.
To help get rid of your belly "pooch" do cardio exercise for fat burning (along with a healthy eating plan) and incorporate a good ab workout at least every other day. If you don't know any good ab/core exercises then look some up online or invest in some ab workout DVDs (I like Core Rhythms Sex Abs, P90X Ab X, Hip Hop Abs, and Chalene Extreme Extreme Abs, just to name a few).
It just takes time and patience. The more our body has been through, and the older we get, the longer it takes to get back into shape. I'm 44 and I can tell you it's a struggle to get fit and stay there.
