Can any soldier that knows how to use an assault rifle, use a sniper rifle with scope and hit a target easily?

Or do they need days of special training to use it effectively? I mean they already know how to use a gun, and it already has a scope, right? It would be an easy transition even without special sniper training?
With a scope, can even an amateur fire a sniper rifle and hit a target?
Can anyone use a sniper rifle, if they know how to operate a rifle? They just need a scope?
And assault rifles have red dot sight optical scopes attached to them right? Sniper rifles just use a different kind of scope but the method of looking through it, and using it is almost identical right? Shouldn't be too hard of a transition?
No offense, to our Snipers intended. So please don't go "IF ANY SOLDIER CAN USE A SNIPER RIFLE, THEN WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER TO TRAIN SNIPERS ANYWAYS RIGHT? FU!"
Think of it in musical terms.
A soldier who knows how to use an M4. = They know what a piano is, know how to play all the major scales. That person with a sniper rifle would know it is a grand piano and still be able to play the scales.
A sniper knows the major, minor, harmonic and melodic scales and is able to make beautiful music.
