what was the original price for a 1946 winchester model 74?

grandma just gave me her old 1946 Winchester model 74 .22LR rifle. Its been hanging up in the barn for over a decade, its rusty, dirty, covered in bird crap. I was interested in seeing if anybody had access to sale price information, as it was back in 1946. I know they currently sell on gunbroker for 100-450 dollars.

I'm simply interested in knowing the selling price for the rifle when it was new.

I'd also love to have access to a takedown guide, or owners manual, or any other info on this rifle.

I've got a hole in my Gun Digest/Shooter Bible collection for that year. I can say that in 1941 they cost $18.45-$19.25, depending on sights and whether they were .22 short. I can't believe they would vary much more than a few bucks more after the war.
