Which will target my legs more a lay down bed or stand up?
I need to tan my legs as dark as possible by tomorrow. I tanned for 8 MIN on a lay down on Sat and today for 10 MIN on a stand up...But which is better at targeting my legs?
No amount of tanning, indoors or out, is going to give you a dark tan in one day - your melanin can only do so much in that short period of time. You might be a slight shade darker but that's it. If you need to be that dark, get a professional spray tan - nothing else will do it. As far as lay down vs standup, the results will be the same. Both use the same kind of light hitting your legs so it makes no difference.
