I'm going to buy a ghillie suit but I'm not sure on which one to buy?

Any of the them except the last one (Varmint Hunter/Pball) will work well in a variety of terrain and environments, and you can add your own custom touches as you use it to blend in even better. I like the Ultra-light or the Chameleon, just because I remember how hot my Ghille could get- mine was a self-made military version, and all that jute and burlap was often itchy, too. If you want full coverage, including your weapon, the Full suit looks great, as well.
If you're using it for hunting or paintball, any of those three will work, you just need to remember to add the little details that make a Ghillie even more effective, such as extra bits of leaf-o-flague, colored jute/burlap or similar material that match your terrain, bits of leaves, grass, and twigs that are there (though your Ghille will naturally pick some of these up like Velcro!), and any other natural elements that are in the area.
Ghillies are great and very effective if you know how to use them and practice your stealth techniques. Any eye, animal or human can spot movement, so staying still is key to the effectiveness of Ghille.
