Replacement part for a Petmate Water Fountain?
I have a Petmate water fountain for my cats which works great, but has a broken part. The screw-on cap that fits at the bottom of the reservoir has a little plunger-thingy which snapped in half. I have tried many times to glue it back together with superglue, but it always just breaks again within a couple of days. When I look online, the only replacement parts I can find are for filters or pumps. Any ideas where I could get another one of those little plastic thingies?
What I have done many times with my pet water fountains when a part breaks:
Go out and buy the same model, switch the parts, take it back to the store and say it was broken when you bought it.
