If I buy THIS rifle, and THIS base, what else would I need to buy, to mount a Weaver K3 one inch scope?
I am not mechanically inclined.

This base:

I plan on using this combination as a backyard practice simulator. I have a young person I am teaching/training for deer hunting. He will be using a Winchester .30-30 with an offset K3 Weaver scope. My father was in love with Weaver K3 scopes and after he died he left an extra one in his hunting gear.
So should I buy low, medium, or high rings?
The rifle has a low comb that is designed to put the eye in line with the iron sights. You will want low mounts.
I have had a problem with air rife scope mounts not aligning properly. I have used adjustable windage bases to compensate. Weaver has adjustable bases in medium and high. Millet has them in low that fit a Weaver base.
