Midnight is a great name, I love it! I probably would have suggested it if you hadn't, and I like boots, but how about latte? I named a pigeon at school latte because it is is a kinda... well, latteish colour! and the yellow should turn white, right? even better! But I have no clue what you could call the white one, we used to have a chicken named duck, but that doesn't really help, how about Normal? That was in a movie once, but I don't remember which movie... lol
Good luck, there should also be plenty of name sites that you could use, whether they're, people, duck or bird name sites, just google it!
